Where's it say mind control center gives 100% economy bonus?

The wiki and manual don't say this. Is this a patch 1.2 beta thing?

It doesn't actually say anywhere, that's the problem. If however you build one and look at it on a planet, it will list a +100% economy bonus next to the image.

It has never said it, but that's what it does. It's either an in-joke or a bug, you choose
