WinCustomize errors

I can't submit anything!

I have alot of skins to upload; such as screenshots, bootskins, and more cursorxp. Every time I view my skins, the preview image displays an "x". I try all over and over again, and the same thing happens every time. I always submit jpg preview images. How do I fix this?

 petergriffinfatboy ...the previews need to be full-size images...in jpg format and their naming should be unique to each of your uploads...[not 'preview.jpg' on each, for example]...and be named in alpha-numeric characters only...no asterisks, tildes, ampersands, etc....

It also needs to be your own work - not work you ripped from another site and add your name to and forget to remove the real authors name from inside the file.

I thought he was Banned??? I see he's still copying others work at DeviantArt...and still trying here. Deosn't he realize the potiential lawsuites???
