Having trouble restoring "Local Disk" icon

I was installing Vista Transformation Pack 4, and didn't like it so I uninstalled it. During the uninstall, an error occured while the Icons were being restored to the original. After reboot, everything came out to be fine, EXCEPT the icon for "Local Disk C:". The icon for my other partition, "Local Disk F:" is fine.

Install IconPackager. https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
Tools | Restore all Icons
If that fails thy Tools | Repair [Cache, Images, Shell Icons]

Imagepacker and My local Disk c is the same as the Picture above. I've tried everything even My computer/Tools/Folder Options/File types/ Drive/ Pick icon/ Nothing.
