Wow! I won something!

Well, this is a surprise....I never thought, when I started blogging, that people would read what I was writing about. My blog was going to be just about me - still is about me and my life, really - but along the way I've been inspired by some of you. I have met a myraid of people here, and I can honestly say that I'm a better person for it. You all have made me think, have introduced me to new ideas and concepts (even though I still think some of you are full of poo!)...so for that, I thank you. Special thanks go out to Brad for giving us all the opportunity to blog together, and to GemCityJoe for taking the time and considerable effort to correlate the votes. Also, thanks to (in no particular order, just as I think of them) Jill, Karma, Nicky, Imajinit, Ted, Macky, Muggaz, Dan, Trinitie, Princess, Tangled, Jamie, Marvin (yes, Marvin), Steven, Bakerstreet, Poet, Corio, Sherye, Wisefawn, and the long lost Bulboushead......even Sir Pete despite the fact that he called me a "vile woman". If I missed you out, don't take it personally......

Because you make me think, Wise Fawn. You posted things that taught me things I didn't know before; your articles sent me off on missions to either verify or disprove your arguments. You also, whether you know it or not, helped me put into practice some things I learned in school. You article about stalkers was good research for me too; it let me find a couple of new websites regarding anti-stalking legislation, and it also made me feel like I was doing something useful when I gave you advice about the legalities of your situation at the time (how's that going, btw?).

That's why I thanked you. Don't automatically assume I'm the enemy because I disagree with some of the things you say.
