How do you use skin tool?

Even after d/l of .net 2 ?

I have been trying to use the skin tool 4 ever with no luck? Finally it todl me i needed .net version 2 after a reinstall of my whole system, since i hadnt d/l it yet from micro! But in any event i have never been able to use , originally it would just say skin tool has encontered error and needs to close? What do you have to have to run this? Not that i "NEED" it since i do know how to make my own, but would just like to see how it works an see it options? Any help out there would be much appreciated!

I alwas had, and still has the same problem. Doesn't matter if you have .net 2 or whatever it seems. I guess it needed .net 2 to display the "fancy" errormessage.

Here, it doesn't even have a proper icon, so I don't know if it is only a partial file or what.

Tried to reinstall from SDC, but no dice. Filesize: 94208 bytes.

versionbeta

I'm not downgrading my dot net just for right click to work.
Hopefully, someone will take notice of these multiple threads regarding this issue and correct the problem.
