Oh yeah, it's my birthday today. As I told my friends, there's nothing so spectacular about this day besides special people who wish me the best of my years. It's really the simple things in life that keep me sane, and I get to appreciate all of them this day. Not that I didn't ask God for something, I just don't ask for things that I do not deserve in the first place. I just hope that God does not think otherwise. lolz! Anyway, being broke on my birthday is no big deal. I've never had a grand celebration since I had those candles on Goldilocks cakes (with Pong Pagong and Superman statuettes) blown when I was 6 or 7. Well, my birthday usually falls on a Holy Week, mostly Good Fridays and Black Saturdays(and according to Catholic tradition are days of penance and abstinence). So I somehow got used to not preparing for a cookout and not receiving nifty presents on my birthday. So ... I know this day, like any other regular day, shall pass. haha! I will probably celebrate my being 22 some other day. I dunno 
Got plans to go see Ken's Art exhibit entitled "Artquake" at PhilAm, along UN Avenue tonight. So excited to also see some of my friends.
