Can you place an object over the system tray?

I am trying to get rid of the system tray without getting rid of the taskbar so I have made an object that is the extension of the bar and i want it to go over the sstem tray, the only problem i connot get it overtop of it and i tried moving it up to higher Z order and it will not work...Any solutions?

So there is no way to do this with Desktop X unless i wanna build a whole new taskt bar?

Is your taskbar set for "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows"?

Turn that off an see if DX z-order "always on top" works.

Ya, i used hide all...Thanks...New problem, plus/minus signs show up as question marks
