Taking a Mental Health Day

And hopefully accomplishing something

I feel like I've been buried under a pile of stress lately and my body and mind are not dealing well with it. I have a pseudo-cold. Kind of like a cold pre-cursor where my throat is tickly and my sinuses are feeling the pressure. I'm doing everything I can to avoid actually getting sick including brewing up some magic potion ginger tea, but who know what will happen.

But in the interest of my own well being I took a Mental Health day today. I let myself sleep in until ten thirty and now I'm having a leasurely blog and a cup of tea before I get down to business. I have two presentations tomorrow that i have to prepare for by myself and in group meetings, so I have to soldier on. I also have to typ out an essay due Friday. It's bad news. I really have been trying to get this stuff done all week and it just hasn't happened. Oh well. I just have to keep breathing and keep writing. And no playing Zuma! I declare blogging to be the only acceptable form of procrastination today!

Urban my dear I wouldn't expect you to pay, that will be one of the benefits of being my mistress - I will give you a substantial monthly allowance of $30,000

I am not old, I am still very fit as I was an SAS general - which is the top job in the toughest military force in the world.

You're old. Look at the picture you posted.

If you were a SAS General, congrats, but that doesn't mean anything. Rudy was also a Navy SEAL, and as we saw, he wasn't running in tip-top shape. Face the music Petey.

The Tribe Has Spoken. Now hand me your torch and go home.

With the greatest of respect old chap you can't compare the SAS with the Navy SEALS, the SAS are recognised as the toughest military force in the world.

I can still take down any man with the killing methods I learnt.
