Music Playlist Editor

cant find the music playlist editor?!

I really liked the music playlist editor sine galciv1, it should be in galciv2 as mentioned in the manual but i cant find it in the audio options or any other option screen does any1 know how to select this option ingame.i dont like using the mp3 player in background the ingame playlist editor was much cooler.

We didn't have enough time to get it in for release, so we took out all of the related options.

Is there any possibility that the music related options might be added in a patch?
