Hi,

i am editing some of the values in the improvements list specifically the STock Exchange, because of the economic issue bug with it:

i changed the economic from 15 to 30 and nothing changes in game have i done it wrong or is there somethign else i need to do.

This was in the data/english directory in the file called PlanetImprovements.xml
