economic starbase bonus?

Hey, I have built an ecomonic starbase who's influence circle covers a planet I own. But when I go the planet details screen, it lists "no starbase bonuses" for that planet. Any idea why?

Have you added any components to the starbase (w/ add'l Constructors)? I'm not sure if the base starbase ("What's your vector, Victor?) gives any bonuses.

I did that too in a game and noticed that the level 1 base (new and freshly constructed.. paint still dripping) doesn't give a bonus, only when I add in the economic enhancer.

Only mining starbases give you a bonus on construction (+5 to mining). All other starbases require components to yeild any bonuses.

You'll have to send additional constructors to add some modules that can up your social and military production on planets in that radius.
