[HELP] Menubar skinning

I've been making a skin, but I've noticed that the menubar background (the bar in notepad and other apps that says file edit view...etc.) that says is using my calssic colour, rather than the bitmap I've defined in skin studio. I've tried skins like fresco and noire, and they have their menubars skinned in all apps, but mine isn't skinned in things like notepad or photoshop or any other app, butjust uses the system colour, just like an msstyle.

Please can someone suggest what I might be doing wrong and help me?

Windowblinds 5.0 does not support menubar skinning at the moment. All you can do is set that color in classic colors. Menubar- background XP. The skins that have the skinned menu bar are for version 4.6 or below.
