Taskbar Icons - Wrong Resolution?

I'm seeing a problem with the icons in my systray/taskbar area -- getting drawn "fuzzy" (too low a resolution?).

can't post a pic from you computer...needs to be uploaded to a hosting site (photobucket and others are free)..once uploaded copy the http url and paste it in the box that pops up when you click image.
