If you will look at my order history (rxxxxxxx@gmail.com) (e-mail removed by moderator) you will see thyat I purchased One (1) License Key of Start 11 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. I liked it so I decided to purchase the Five (5) Key license version on Sunday, November 14, 2021. Now, several times a month, it asks me to enter the product code or purchase a new one. I disabled the license key and found out that the One (1) product key is the one active and not the Five (5) key one for my account. Please remove the One (1) key license from my account and activate the Five (5) key license for my account. I have tried every thing to activate the Five (5) key license including the purge Start11 instructions. Nothing I have tried worked. It is very frustrating to have to enter the product code for the four computers I have for Start11 several times a month.
