Do you mean WindowBlinds11 not WinCustomize11?
If so it sounds like you have told WB to change the desktop background. This isn't a bug, it would be because you asked it to.
Just go into WB settings and disable the random background changer.
Yes, Windowblinds. I did not ask Windowblinds to touch my wallpaper. It's part of as far as I can tell, all of the skins available for download, if wallpaper isn't built in, they default to the default windowblinds slideshow which can't be deleted (well I did delete the deskscapes one, but it keeps reapplying, it appears to be hard coded, uninstalling windowblinds appears to be the only way to stop it).
Instead of being smug and telling me to disable an option that doesn't exist, please tell me where that option is, because I have scoured the entire app and can't find it.
The wallpaper settings include:
wallpaper (stretch) mode,
settings ('never change my wallpaper' is selected)
- This setting is for rotating wallpapers. The problem I was having is that deskscapes which WAS rotating wallpapers was losing control to WindowBlinds that was NOT rotating through my downloaded wallpapers (deskscapes, or windows), and would just show the handful of images in my personal pictures folder in rotation forever.
the wallpaper list is empty, all wallpapers are removed.
Wallpaper is set to 'current wallpaper' with no other options available,
the default slideshow was still taking over.
curiously I uninstalled and reinstalled Windowblinds, then installed start 10 and now the behavior is stopped. deskscapes is now retaining control of the wallpaper and Windowblinds is not fighting for control of the desktop, but that might be related to the skins. I'll have to do some more experimenting and see if I can' find a cause / solution if it starts again.
