Hello, I just got this game maybe a week ago on Steam sale and I've been loving it, great game, unbalanced sometimes but in fun ways, just great to watch your empire slowly expand and take over the universe!

This might seem like a piddly minor thing, but...I often do a lot of tech trading with the AI, and my top request for the game right now is to indicate which techs available for trade will lock you out of other choices.  You know, those techs where you get to pick one of three.

Right now I am having to screenshot the trade screen, put it in my other monitor, exit out of diplomacy, go to the tech tree, and click on everything to find the exact names of the stuff I'm trading for to make sure I'm not accidentally locking myself out of taking certain options.  This is also compounded by each race having some differently named items on their tree.

And yes, over time I am learning which techs are those choices, simply by the sort of effects they provide if not by name, for example -% to mass is generally (always?) one of those options.  However, this issue remains because I forget which of those choices I've already made in any given game, and which I have yet to research.

Ideally you'd just see a little exclamation point next to each tech for which you still have a choice.  If you've already made your choice and the tech you're trading for is one of the others you got locked out of, we don't need any sort of indicator, that's just a bonus.  Just need to know when you're making a trade that irrevocably limits your selection.
