I saw it on steam a little while ago but reviews seemed quite mixed.
Most reviews ( both user and metacritic ) seemed to point that the game could be great but does not feel quite finished. So I decided to wait a while so the devs can patch it some more maybe.
But I will probably buy it eventually. If only because it has tactical turn based ship combats and just like every other guy I remember Moo2 fondly.
