Have I been banned from his site? I get this email from the admin wher I asked my work be removed. It tells me he replied and links me to see his reply, and I get this error. Does this look like I am banned, or his site is down?

He has resubmitted it http://browse.deviantart.com/customization/skins/#/d2zfy3s, 38 minutes ago, and his description now says...

This theme was based on the WB Style VENOM by vStyler, all images were 100% created and improved by me, this theme is not a RIP, I have never owned VENOM or WindowBlinds, any images that resemble the VENOM skin are just from looking at a screens of his theme posted on the net

I reported it again and asked that he be banned completely.

This is stolen work. Removed once, resubmitted. This deviant shold be permanently banned. This work is stolen from vStyler, who is also a deviant, has this skin on his site, Maxstyles, here at DA, and at WinCustomize. MrGrim is a ripper and don't deserve to be here.
