Banned on a platter.
Banned because I can see the flaws in this. One who has not had experience in a field can be far more knowledgable than one who has. One who seeks knowledge second-hand often ends up knowing more than he who has it at first-hand.
Exactly. I'm thinking about changing the name, though. I initially noticed it in the postings of a
very conceited infantryman* who used to post a lot of right-wing stuff and insisted that anyone who had not personally fought in the Iraq War knew nothing, but now I'm noticing it in a host of places that have nothing to do with the military.
*At least I think he was an infantryman... for some reason while being yelled at as a fucking hajji whiner I never bothered to ask him his rank or division. He talked about building things a lot, so he might have been with the CoE, but said things were also things I know for a fact the military does not build, so maybe not? All I'm sure of was that he was military, and not at a high level.
