Shimmer, did starbase range get changed at all for this patch? I'm really worried about them becoming useless structures after their HP and SP getting more "ballanced." Right now they're still defeatable even when they're very powerful, despite paying an arm and a leg for them.
I would hope that if their strength has come down, their price has also dropped in an attempt to make them more viable structures for one's economy. That, and I would really hope they got a bigger attack range to make them more viable as defensive structures, because as it stands now, they are terribly easy to avoid inside a gravity well of a planent, and that goes double or triple inside a star.
I'm worried that things like that might not have been looked at when the starbases were reballanced. Can you shed any light on these issues to try and quell my worries?
