I don't really have much of a defence as far as poor sportsmanship goes, however that also relies on peoples perceptions, I bring your attention back to the smiley face argument, where if I had of put smiley faces on the end of my sentences you may have not taken them so harshly, and wouldn't have decided that my (despicable?) comments were hall of shame worthy, guess thats the internet for ya...

You didn't really have to do anything, entropy. You were not Hall of Shame worthy. Frogboy said to give pictures of players that were utterly horrible and you were NOT utterly horrible. There was a reply here somewhere with a printscreen in which someone was saying things like :"your mother will die in her sleep, i will kill your mother etc". Now THAT's utterly horrible.....like, a permanent ip ban horrible, but I digress...

Quick repost from something that occurred during all that entropy mess.

We went up against a clan I do not suggest you play against ever. The host indicated in chat that he'd rather have a disconnect than a loss when his clan was losing. Impressive. I strongly recommend you don't ever play against them.

Here's what my talented friend GodsW posted right after host dcing from our game. They are recruiting.

In the same Room
During work hours
Joining a No Prem game, as two friends in the same building
Denying that two people who have played exclusively together, in the same room, are a premade
Losing to a team that had a disconnect
Telling the losing team they should have quit when the disconnect occurred.
Entering the thread and giving the weakest arguments ever on how their activities were 'ok'.

I really think we have finally struck gold here fella's.

OMG, why would you start this conversation up again?

If you really do think that I am the worst on this "Hall of Shame" then I honesltly feel very sorry for you.

Whether we play at work or not is our business, not yours. You know absolutly nothing about what we do for a job and why it might be ok for us to play. This is not up for discussion.

All your other points are either ill-informed, terrible arguments or have already been addressed previously on this thread, I see no need to continue arguing, this will serve only to ruin this thread even more.

Everyone, please drop this. I dont hold any grudges, I just dont care anymore, im over it. I just want to play demigod

hehe... so there's this clan... their leader recommends the whole clan host disconnect if they take a loss... i swear i heard that somewhere befo...

the later points were alittle interesting haha u can see my game in pacov's screenie Anyhow honestly the premade is abit much if you ask me i would have to agree with cap for this

one example being the pacov's screenie that was me and a friend playing but would it mean if i was to say "hey lets jump into a match together online and have some fun"

so we join lets say a 3V3 and were on the same side we are considered a Premade?...i find this alil disturbing seeing as how i would love to just have fun and play with my friend but it would mean having to hear the end result of us being premade?

Poor guy last night: I joined a 4v4 Exile (I NEVER played with the guys before) and the 5th guy comes in, and starts asking if were a premade. I tell him no, but he does not beleive me/us, and finally leaves. People are just getting paranoid. We need Random teams badly so that kind of thing is rare, not common. Or, they are just going to have to program the game so the second player goes to team 2; third player to team 1; forth player goes to team 2, and so on (unless/until they get team matches working) so the game does not seem stacked/premade

This player was on my team and I'll tell you, I've never seen such a stupid guy playing Oak It all started out in the lobby when he started having weird discussions about Cake and about stories he wrote himself. For over 10 minutes I had to listen to his stories "The Adventures of Bunny and Butterfly", though I am a nice guy, I did not protest. I decided to be patient and just play the game.

The guy picked random, so I thought he had a clue about the demigods.

Anyways, 10 minutes into the game, I noticed that this guy was running low on hp, instead of retreating he decided to happily run after a demi that was quite low on hp too Since he was oak, I thought that he would just shield out and escape.

How terribly wrong I was... He did have shield, but he didn't shield himself... Instead, he decided to shield his monk... I was awe-struck as I saw him being butchered by an archer. The forces of darkness had killed him.

Anyways, the guy did apologize to his fellow teammates and we forgot all about it. We thought this was a one-time only case. Though, 5 minutes later, the guy was in trouble again and this time he shielded one of the Light warrior units. He died again.

It's needless to say that this player is completely unskilled and unable to select the correct target for his shield. Therefore, I want him to enter the hall of shame, this way, he will forever be reminded about his stupidity whilst playing oak.

I hope you all agree that Silvius should be banned for this stupidity and mocked for all eternity.

Twin250 was running a premade 4v4 earlier and when I called him on the imbalanced teams he pretended not to know what I was talking about.

Ironically one of their guys disconnected and they lost, but regardless he and his buddies played dumb when I pointed out that the teams were stacked. Also I should point out the team did take the loss without the host DC'ing so kudos to them for that.
