In a sector far away from all the action, but not to distant, where no one will notice any movement, signatues, and action clouded by all the dark matter sorrounding the area. The Alpa Py'ya'altzeri sector that is, includes atleast thirty different star systems all surveyed by Darth Caedus, discovered something that is lurking within dark matter, curiously there is atleast twenty-one these objects that are seemingly large. Darth Caedus flies his highly prized, very fast combat dreadnaught, he goes to a mostly terran planet at 35 AU/s, as he lands there he notices a odd, but familiar pressance on this planet and begins to meditate.
This planet, full of city ruins that run planet wide similar to what happened Coruscant after the Yuuzhan Vong invaded and terraformed it. Willingly he decided to call it Hygra, while on the planet he meditated to figure out what this dark matter is and why its there and how to get through to find this misterious celestial objects atleast the size of a gas giant.
After many of hours of meditating in a Sith trance, Darth Caedus discovered a way through this dark matter.
"Muhahah, yes now I figured out the way through, but first I must construct a Sith temple for others to discover what I have learned. Hmm that odd pressence is comming closer still about a day out from here, perhaps I shall wait until this thing comes to me."
Using the Force, Darth Caedus construct his temple out of the stone city ruins, block by block, chamber by chamber, its get bigger reaching far into the sky. In about fourteen hours, the Caedus Academy becomes finished. This temple reaches as high as two kilometers into the sky, the complex covers and area of ten square kilometers in circular shape. After the long hours of force construction, in a meditative sleep, he rests for seven hours just one hour before this mysterious person arives.
The mysterious person comes now, Caedus saw in his mind, then he gets up and looks over the ridge, this person looks like two completely different people, a part of her looks like me just in female form, another part of her characteristics looks like my old master teacher and arch nemisis, Luke Skywalker. She is within ten feet of me, waving happily at me. So I waved back at her and smiling, then I walked toward her for three feet with a feeling of a dramatic climax.
"Who the hell are you and how did you get here, I stated blantantly and rudely."
"I am Darth Caitheus, I just recently came from a Shellworld called Nixouq by my personal combat vessal. I noticed another sith presence in the area so I came to this planet to find it. I was exiled from my home planet Byss."
"Oh, I'm Darth Caedus, I came from Coruscant, also somewhat exiled. Wait a minute, shellworld, what is that, Ive detected strange objects around the area and was about to check it out after finding a way through the dark matter."
"Yes, Shellworlds, there about twenty-eight of them in this sector. They are more massive thatn your average yellow star. Literaly there are multiple massive civilizations living on each civilization, they are all capable of supporting massive population and production. Each one has roughly six hundred quuadrillion people on it. Nixouq, however, has nine hundred quadrillion people living in it, imagina all the population, on huge unstopable force, I've been ruling to help them, they want live in the open and now there willing to anything."
"Hm, screw the rule of two, I will help you do this as equal ruler, I think it pointless to battle each other to the end to see who shall rule. We ar both the ultimate powers of the universe. That a lot of force, 1.77x10^19 humans, that is a lot of firepower. Him we shall get a council meeting of all of the leaders of the shellworlds and discuss what we are going to do set them free."

They have a romantic evening and make love and have evil sith kids in the near future .................................. what the hell, why am I going int the romantic stuff, oh well, it happens, ehem, now continuing on.
The two sith lords arrive at the shellworld Nixouq, meeting with three hundred council member, after he uploaded ship and structure technical designs on to Caedus' datapad holo projector. He tells them his plan to bring them to freedom and be able to roam freely.
"Ok, so what is your great plan that will lead us to freedom", said at exactly the same time by all council members.
"The first part of the plan is simple, we need a place to construct warships, this is needed to transport you, whiled defending your right to freedom. Your shear number will scare people because you all have a common goal, you are all one person united. There are couple of terrestial planets, I noticed while flying hrere. First we will colonize them by building planetwide shipyards and orbital facilities. This is where we will construct all of are warships. The materials we need for the warship are going to be take from the shellworlds. basicly we will deconstruct each and every one to build our ships. Now here is a great pwerful ship, The Eclipse based on crew numbers, we can build twenty-five trillion, fully crewed eclipse's. That will probably not use all of the shellworlds. I will build more ships, called the agressor class star destroyer, I will slave them to the eclipse class ship so no one has to pilot them. We will build about one quadrillion of them. There is one more thing, I have a technical design for a never before built force sensitive drone carrier. It is one hundred kilometers lone, fully loaded with drones that can be circuit slaved or controlled by the force, that will be me and Darth Caitheus. The plans call for one centillion fighter drones. Hm that should be a powerful enough navy. Now get to work all of you we have a massive plan in place that I want completed withing a year."

Within ten days, all the shipyards were built, this was amazing toward Darth Caedus, they were working this fast they could get it done in no time. With all shipyard planets first working on the invincible class carrier called 'Destiny Xinouq'. In about three days the carrier and all one centillion drones were completed. The most power full ship in the navy. Both of the sit lord went on a test run with it to see how well they can control the drones with the force.
Six months went by fast, no accidents have occured yet, about three quarters of all the ships were built, the estimation of completion was about two and half months. Every person of the shellworlds were trained well beyon imagination, the ultimate warrios of space.
Those last few months went buy and the fleet was complete. The sith lords brought in their two hundred kilometer flagships, 'Defiances' Aura' and 'Sekot'. They first did a training course on the last two shellworlds, destoying them effectively with precision.
They now set there destination to a discreet unknown location.
