One easy way:

Press and hold the Windows key, press R and type the following into the Run dialog:
dxdiag

Once everything loads, please click the "Save all information" button.

The file that will show up on your desktop will be long. The 4th group of information will list your card type and the last date of the drivers. Anything over 9 months to a year is likely to have an update available depending on the maker. There are other ways to do the same there here but I like this one the best.
