One of these times I'll find that statistical analysis that I have somewhere comparing conservative vs. liberal on that show. In terms of time spent on the different viewpoints, it was 4/5 conservative, a little less than 1/5 liberal.
Good! Very good. Yes, I will admit that Fox appears to have more conservative than liberal commentators (by reputation since I rarely watch any of them). And that the other networks the percentage is the opposite. I dont think anyone has denied this.
But those networks also have news shows (or are supposed to since they are NEWS networks). And Fox is no more conservative than you are. Balanced? News, yes. Commentary? Everyone's perspective.
But the point of this article is that the president is not going to have a friendly audience every time they go into a meeting with foreign leaders, or the press. And that the democrats were afraid to face a "potentially" hostile press speaks volumes for the weenieness. And tells is they would not be good leaders.
Last I saw, Helen Thomas was not banished from the press room at the white house despite her senility.
