ok i tried out your mod, (always do that to see what i need to do before i start)

Looks and feels great, however i think am goin to make a new custom intro movie, cause the one u got is good, but its taking right off of Amanda 1/2

Not to step on any toes or anything, but isn't that the intro from SFC 3?

Just a suggestion, a great opening movie (if it can even be done) would be one of the main final battles of DS9, showing huge fleet engagements.

Would like to give you guys a pointer to some good SFC and Bridgecommander models.
Done by guys like Mackie and Gafy, all versions of well known ships, and many custome types, like the Don Dawson, and the Dragoon Class

And forgot to say, loving the mod... Only wish would be some kind of Tech split between the TOS/TMP ships and the later TNG and stuff.... Either way, love the work fellas.

Are you guys going to offer some individual downloads (like ship models)? I personally would just like to get he Federation ship models and add them to my games, but I'm not looking to convert it beyond that.

Playing as the federation, my encounters with 'cloaked ships' are far from fun. I have no idea how they are invisible at the beginning of the game, but fights with invisible borg ships include:

- no attack visuals
- no attack sound effects (the damage is seen in the little menu though)
- random crashes to the desktop.

Just thought I'd letcha know, can't wait for the full version

Please read the top message again, more information up there! Bugs were also worked on, but many of them, especially borg ships don't matter because we refitted all borg ships, so they have to go through testing again

Sweet.

Everything looks awesome so far, can't wait for the new tech tree! I'd lend a hand, but I'm an artist (the sketching/painting/photoshopping kind) not a modder. If you need use of an extra set of hands though, maybe for photoshopped portraits/altered pics, logos or the like, I'd be willing

GORGEOUS graphics. Can't wait until it's finished.
Small question... will the Breen be in it? They had some exotic tech, cool look and background and would make a very good extra race.
One of the minor races could be those irritating religious underteched guerrilla using Bajorans.

Actually Darth, the only reason this beta isn't out yet is because of those exotic tech cool look and background Breen basturds.

They'll be in it, though the detail on them won't be as high as we'd like, we decide to use them as our tenth race...basically completing the Dominion fold.

I have a question, is it possible to put several races ships into one ship set and give them some kind of identifier so that only one race uses their own ships? Example: Borg, fed and rom ships all in one shipset, Borg ID1 Fed ID2 Rom ID3, the 3 races are in the game, all using the same shipset, but will only build the vessels corresponding to their ID? Basically allowing for more then 6 ships sets per game.

Klingons are my fav in Star Trek (Federation is a bit too hippy and surreal) but Breen are nr2.

Exactly, when i saw that... I had to help these guys out.

The new intro that i came up with is going to blow you away.

designed,edited from scratch. Its awesome... and long 8.30min. I made a shortened version, but the mod members liked the original so much we kept with it.

no, at lest not yet, this is a total conversion mod. Not meant to play with stock game.

so how do you plan to make it all one big mod that will fit the library for only 20 MB? I say should talk to Darth Griffin, he got his own library in the galactic core... you better check it out...
