Well considering our website was hacked for a 3rd time I'm not surprised. Someone just doesn't want us to work on the Star Trek mod. I don't know if the hackers are jealous or what but it's a minor pain. Don't worry folks these attacks are pointless and we won't give up on the mod.

I may be doing something wrong but... how do I access the hulls for my race with this mod? I'm playing as the Federation but don't have access to any hulls. It says it'll take 11000 weeks or so to access the Federation tech tree. What's up with that? Did I install wrong or something?

Make sure u delete any star trek race configs that are in your My Documents\My Games\GalCiv2 folder and restart mod---if problem persists please let me know

I cant log onto forum either...
Overall, mods excellent. Not only is it fun, but sometimes it makes me laugh out loud. Examples:
-the romulan star empire being beaten by the ferengi and surrendering.
-when meeting the federation for the first time being told to behave or be "crushed like bugs...
-my personal favorite...the borg completing the restaurant of eternity...now that must be one helluva dining experience!

I also play w/tech trade disabled...think this has a major effect?

I did as you suggested and there was no change. I checked with all the other races and they each have the same problem. However, in game, the other races apparently have no problem researching or using the technology.

Aragfore try downloading the constitution fix--with it is a new tech tree--I believe that will fix your problem

Did it thanks. Works now. Noticed something though...

When you research the later beam weapon technologies you can't install them on the ships. I researched the full beam tech tree but can't install anything past Disruptors III. Anyone else notice this?

Just checked through the tech tree and it looks like all the later weapons can't be installed onto ships after they have been researched.

Having problems with memory (virtual memory specifically), crashing a lot because I have ran out of memory, however never had this problem on the original game ot the first ST Mod that came out. I have increase the memory allocation, however still having problems. Any suggestions?

We may miss them here, if too many keep coming in. You do not have to be a member of our forum for us to look into the problem. We only do this to help keep this thread cleaner, as well as accurately track the bugs to fix them in future reports.

hi guys, this is fantastic! star trek! exactly what i wanted. i was wandering however if you could give me a link where i can download the individual ships, by the way i am really into the mirror universe of star trek. some mirror universe ships would be so cool. especially enterprise era stuff.
